L. is a mercantile society whose activity is the marketing of musical contents and related services on Internet, with head office in Igualada (08700) Sant Martí Sesgueioles street, number 17 and NIF  number: B65085839 and holder of the web page www.somixx.com and of the personal database generated with the information given by the users.
      According to the 15/1999 Law, of December 13 of  personal data protection and with the Regulation of development approved by the Royal decree 1720/2007, of December 21, the personal data facilitated by the own users will be incorporated to the correspondent automated file that is duly inscribed and of which  SETSOMIXX S. L. is responsible.
      The user by checking the corresponding box in each case, he specifically freely and unmistakably accepts that his personal data will be used by somixx.com for the carrying out of the aims in which they have been provided. Likewise he guarantees that the personal data provided is certain and assumes the commitment to communicate any modification of them. In the case that the data is imprecise, incomplete or not necessary for the purpose of which they were provided, SETSOMIXX S.L. will cancel them, erase them or block them if necessary.
       SETSOMIXX S. L. guarantees the user that the server where they will store and treat the personal data has all the necessary safety measures that allow to guard the information avoiding any alteration, loss, as well as the treatment or access of not authorized persons. To expire with this purpose the user accepts that the lender obtains information to effects of authenticating the access controls.

An IP address is a name assigned automatically to a computer connected to Internet.
