To purchase in our portal you need to create an account.
To create it, click on the link ’Register now‘ located in the top right corner of our homepage and fill all the necessary fields.
If you are creating an USER account, you will receive an e-mail to activate it. Click on the link that appear in this e-mail to complete the process.
Often this e-mail goes to the ‘Spam’ box of your account. Check it!
If you are performing a registration as RECORD LABEL OR ARTIST one of our agents will contact you to verify your information and activate your account.
ATTENTION!
You are totally responsible for the improper use of your account, by you or by third parties. Do not facilitate your password and do not leave that third parties use your account.
2. I FORGOT MY PASSWORD
If you lost you access data you must use the link ‘forgotten your password?’ that you will find below the login, in the top right corner of our homepage. Type the user name and the email address in the fields provided. With this procedure the system will send you an e-mail with a new password.
The e-mail with your password can take some minutes to get to your in-tray. In some cases this e-mail can goes to the ‘Spam’ box. Check it!

After creating and activating your account, you will be able:

Once you are in the catalogue page you will visualize the list of items of the genres that you chose. The last launches will always appear on the top of the list.

In the catalogue list you will find the following information about the products:
Title - Name of the EP/Album/Compilation or track title.
In this same column you will find the number of tracks that the EP/Album/Compilation contains and the name of the label, outstanding in blue.
Click on the title of the EP/Album/Compilation, or in the image of the EP/Album/Compilation to visualize the ‘EP/Album/Compilation Page’, where you will find complete information about it.
Click on the name of the Label to visualize the ‘Label Card’.
Artist(s) - Artist or Artists who have produced the music or the tracks of an EP/Album/Compilation.
Click on the names of the artists to visualize the ‘Artist card’.
Style - Musical genres into which the EP/Album/Compilation fits in.
Price – Music price in Mp3 192 kbps, or, price of the COMPLETE EP/Album/Compilation in Mp3 192 kbps.

How can I visualize the tracks of an EP/Album/Compilation?
There are two ways of visualizing the content of an EP/Album/Compilation:
1) Clicking on the button.
2) By clicking on the name or on the image of the EP/Album/Compilation you will be redirected to a page where you will be able to visualize all the tracks and detailed information on them.
4. ARTIST OR RECORD LABEL CARD
In the Artists' and Record Labels’ cards you can see all their information that is available in Somixx.com, such as, for example, the Web page, Country and Musical Genres, as well as a list with all the shop items related to them.
It is also in the Artists' and Record Labels’ Card that you will find the link to add them to your favorites' list.
5. EP/ALBUM/COMPILATION OR TRACKS PAGE
In the EP/Album/Compilation or Track page you can see detailed information.
- Title
- Artists
- Record Label
- Release date
- Music Genres
- Ranking - You can give a ranking to a complete EP/Album/Compilation, and also, every music separately, using the ranking stars.
- ISRC – Are the codes that identify every music. They are arranged in the same order that the tracks, separated by (;).
- Link ‘Listen to all’ - Adds all the tracks of an EP/Album/Compilation to the Somixx player.
- Link ‘Buy all’ - Adds all the tracks of an EP/Album/Compilation to your shopping basket.
By clicking on the image of the EP/Album/Compilation, or of the Music, you can save the front page in your computer. You only have to click on the link ‘Save image as’.
SOMIXX PLAYER
Add button
By clicking on the icon you can add one track, or all the tracks, of an EP/Album/Compilation to the player.
When you add a new music to the player, it will be loaded at the beginning of the playlist and will start sounding instantaneously. You can add as many tracks as you want to the player and leave the sound playing while you surf along the website.

Go forward and backwards button
Go on to the next track on the playlist, or, return to previous music on the playlist.

Put your player on ‘mute’. The playlist will still go on but the volume is on zero.

The items that you add to your shopping basket will remain there until you carry out the purchase, send them to your 'wishlist' (list of tracks you want to buy on the future) or delete the item from the shopping basket.

Use the ‘wishlist’ to keep the items that you intend to buy on the future.

PAYMENT
Once you have decided which items you want to purchase, click on the button ’Pay’.
Follow the indicated steps. Choose the credit card or debit card that you want to use, fill in all the necessary fields (information about the card, complete name and address) and carry out the purchase through PayPal.
It is not necessary that you have an active PayPal account because the system will allow you to realize the purchase with your regular credit card.
When the purchase is authorized, you will be able to download your music purchased from your ’Purchase record’ by clicking on the icon

Refund Policy
