To purchase you need to create an account.
To create it, click on the link "Register now" located in the top right corner of our Homepage and enter all the necessary fields.
You will receive an e-mail with a link to activate your account. Often this e-mail go to the "Spam" of your account. Check it!
Attention!
You are totally responsible for the improper use of your account, by you or by third parties. Do not facilitate your password and do not leave that third parties use your account.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD
If you are registered in Somixx.com and you forgot your password, click on the link " forgotten your password? " That you will find below the login, in the top right corner of our Homepage. With this procedure you will be sending a copy of your password for the e-mail address with which you registered. The e-mail with your password can take some minutes to get to your in-tray. In some cases this e-mail can go to "Spam". 

MY ACCOUNT
After creating and activating your account, you will be able:
•    To update all your information. By clicking on the button "My profile / “Edit profile" that you can visualize in the top right corner of the page when you are logged.
•    To know in first hand the new launches of your labels and favorite artists. Inside the label and artists cards you will find the link "Add to favorites ". Click on this link to add labels and artists to favorites. Access your favorites' list by clicking on the button to check the latest launches. You will also receive notifications on your registration e-mail.
•    Take advantage of the best musical content on Internet!

To get the best out of Somixx.com we suggest that you carefully read all the following information.
The Somixx.com layout is divided in two different blocs:

BLOC 1- FIXED BLOCS
1. Language
In this field you can select the language you wish. For your total comfort Somixx.com is translated in eight different languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Italian, Japanese and Russian. (If you could not identify any of these languages in our website, do not worry, we are providing Somixx.com's translations for all these languages, and in a few days it will be possible to surf along the page in a handy way. 

2. Searcher
Enter key words in our searcher to make searches. Use the "All" "artist", "record label" and "music" filters to facilitate your searches even more. 

3. Styles
In the left column you can find the main musical styles sections of Somixx.com. By clicking on some of these sections you will be redirected to the page that contains the complete catalogue of the select section.
If you want to filter the content of the section by release date, pass the mouse over the wished section and click on one of the options that will appear.
In the head-board of the page you find the filters: "Genre" and "Lyrics".

4. Artists and Record Labels
Under the styles columns you can find the Artists and Record Labels section (all and exclusive). By clicking on any of the options you get access to the artists' complete list and Somixx.com's record labels.
Non Assigned Artists: totally exclusive Somixx.com material.
Exclusive Labels: Somixx.com's exclusive launches or that are first available in our shop.
To facilitate your search, use the filters "Genre" and "Lyrics".

3. List of Catalogue of musical Genre
To access the complete catalogue of a musical genre you only have to click on the name of the genre in the left column of the page. You can filter your search for artist, record labels or launch date by simply passing the mouse over the name of the wished genre and choosing one of the options that will appear. 
Once you are in the catalogue page you will visualize the list of items of the genre section that you chose. The last launches will always appear on the top of the list. 
To facilitate your search even more, use the filters "Genre" and "Lyrics" that you find on the top of the page.
In the catalogue list you will find the following information about the products:
•    Title - Name of the EP-Album or track title. In this same column you will find the number of tracks that the EP-Album contains and the name of the outstanding EP-Album, in blue.
Click on the title of the music or in the image of the music to visualize the ‘Music Page’.
Click on the name of the EP-Album or in the image of the EP-Album to visualize the ‘the EP-Album page’. 
Click on the name of the Record Label to visualize the ‘Record Label Card’. 
•    Artist - Artist or Artists who have produced the music or the tracks of an EP-album. 
Click on the names of the artists to visualize the "Artist card". 
•    Style - musical genres into which the music or the tracks of an EP-Album fit in.
•    Price – Music price in Mp3 192 kbps, or, price of the COMPLETE EP-Album in Mp3 192 kbps.
To visualize the price of the music or of the COMPLETE EP-album in other qualities of audio (Mp3 320 and WAV) pass the mouse over the price that you are visualizing.   
To visualize the price of each one of the tracks of an EP-album click on the button and see the corresponding value to every music. To visualize the price of a music in other audio qualities, move the mouse over the price that you are visualizing. 
For a major comfort, you will be able to modify the audio quality of the articles that you add to your shopping basket, in the same shopping basket before ending your order.     
· Listen Link – By clicking on the icon you add the music, or, tracks, to the Somix player. 
WARNING
For EP's-albums, clicking on the icon (figure 01) you will be adding the COMPLETE EP-Album to the player.

How can I visualize the tracks of an EP-album?
There are two ways of visualizing the content of an EP’s-Album
1)    Clicking on the button .
2)    By clicking on the name of the EP-album or in the image of the EP-album you will be redirected to the "EP-album page " where you will be able to visualize all the tracks and detailed information on them.

4. Artist or Record Label card
In the Artists' and Record Labels’ cards you can see all their information that is available in Somixx.com, such as, for example, the Web page, Country and Musical Genres, as well as a list with all the shop items related to them.
It is also in the Artists' and Record Labels’ Card that you will find the link to add them to your favorites' list. 


5. EP-album or Tracks page
In the EP-album or Track page you can see detailed information.
•    Artists · Release date
•    Music Genres
•    ISRC – Are the codes that identify every music. They are arranged in the same order that the tracks, separated by (;). When some of the tracks does not have the code or when this information was not facilitated to us, (-) will appear in the ISRC field. 
•    Ranking - You can give a ranking to a complete EP-album and also every music separately using theranking stars.
•    Link ‘Listen to all’ - Adds all the tracks of an EP-album to the Somixx player.
•    Link ‘Buy all’ - Adds all the tracks of an EP-album to your shopping basket. 
By clicking on the image of the EP-Album or of the Music you can save the front page in your computer. You only have to click with the right button of the mouse on the image and "Save image as ". 

SOMIXX PLAYER
Add button
By clicking on the icon you can add a music or all the tracks of an EP-album to the player. When you add a new music to the player, it will be loaded at the beginning of the playlist and will start sounding instantaneously. You can add as many tracks as you want to the player and leave the sound playing while you surf along the web. 
Play/Pause Button
Go forward and backwards button
Go on to the next track on the playlist, or, return to previous music on the playlist.
Volum
Mute
Put your player on “mute”. The playlist will still go on but the volum is on cero.
Repeat playlist/Play only once
"Repeat Playlist " - When the last track of the playlist automatically stops the playlist starts playing again from the music number 1. 
Random or consecutive order
Delete item from playlist
Add item to shopping basket

SHOPPING BASKET
The items that you add to your shopping basket will remain there until you carry out the purchase or delete the item from the shopping basket. You can delete items that you no longer want to buy by going to your shopping basket and clicking on the icon "Delete". 

PAYMENT
Once you have decided which items you want to purchase, click on the button "Pay". Follow the indicated steps. Choose the credit card or debit card that you want to use, fill in all the necessary fields (information about the card, complete name and address) and carry out the purchase through PayPal. It is not necessary that you have an active PayPal account because the system will allow you to realize the purchase with your regular credit card.
When the purchase is authorized, you will be able to download your music purchased from your “Purchase record” by clicking on the icon .

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the service, the refunds are only available in exceptional circumstances. 

PURCHASE RECORD
To carry out the downloads of the tracks that you bought, you must go up to your purchase record. Click on the icon that appears in the top right corner of the portal when you are logged in.
Inside the purchase record you will be able to see all the items that you have already bought in Somixx.com. The items that still have not been downloaded will be marked with a green point . The already downloaded items will be marked with a red point . Next to the items that still have not been downloaded, you will find the link to download. We suggest that you click with the right button on the icon to download and "Save as ". We recommend that you save all the tracks in your desktop. 

Rescinding the contract
You can rescind the contract at any moment. To do so, send an e-mail to info@somixx.comrequesting that your user's account is closed.
