In 1995, in a secret abandoned government research facility, a top secret laboratory was established to create the perfect link between booty shakin' and techno, thus Bass Force Records was born. Founded by Rick Wade; alias 'Big Daddy Rick' alias 'The Angry Pimp' alias 'The Founder' alias 'The Architect' Bass Force has been credited as being the archetype of Detroit Ghetto-Tech. Although to date there have only been six releases, Big Daddy Rick and Bass Force are regarded as the being among the most influential artists and record labels in the Booty and Ghetto-Tech genre for over a decade.
